That is beautiful.
This is the word gave me for a battle our ministry is fighting at Green Hill.
I have taught you in the way of wisdom;

This was the testimony of a man I have had the blessings of being able to counsel in some conflicts and uncertainties in his life…he called me and wanted to talk with me, and this was his proclamation…was not expecting that. It just made my day. Thank you, Lord Jesus!

I read it in both translations; the message brought my focus about maturing love.
I was 30 before I got married and it collapsed because we married on immature attraction we had in the beginning and it didn’t sustain our marriage.
I later learned to mature from focusing only on my needs and it matured into we needs. Love matures; in today’s society I see marriages collapsing because of marrying too young.
Being single and living for God is a special gift from God!
I believe I have found with God and my wife a heightened intimacy that only matures with time spent together.

I like the way the Message translates, Matt 19:11-12
11-12 But Jesus said, “Not everyone is mature enough to live a married life. It requires a certain aptitude and grace. Marriage isn’t for everyone. Some, from birth seemingly, never give marriage a thought. Others never get asked—or accepted. And some decide not to get married for kingdom reasons.
BUT IF YOU’RE CAPABLE OF GROWING INTO THE LARGENESS OF MARRIAGE, DO IT.
That is interesting, and it is certainly true that many are not mature enough to live a married life.
But it is not really what this text is saying. Jesus is talking about living a single life being a special gift from God. Paul is an example of this. Let the man who feels himself capable of forbearing to marry, and embracing the single life, embrace it; but none can do it but he to whom it is given. Read it again in a real translation, and you’ll see it.

i’ve never memorized one song in my whole life, I do scriptures but everyone says if you sing it you can remember it easier. It’s weird if someone starts a song I can sing along without really having memorized the song, like praise and worship.

Dear Lord Jesus make this a proclamation for the body today, that we open up our hearts and pour out what we have.
So, Moses sent out orders through the camp: “Men! Women! No more offerings for the building of the Sanctuary!”
The people were ordered to stop bringing offerings! There was plenty of material for all the work to be done. Enough and more than enough!
And the people were restrained from bringing, for the material they had was sufficient for all the work to be done—indeed too much.

I AI'd the history behind Matt 11:20-24 of what was the significance of the statement Jesus made highlighting these cities and that was the landing point, mainly I think of luke warmness, but indifference highlighted a stronger correction to excusing the miracles Jesus does in our life to bring about repentance.
